For the 2nd successive year, Dr Dan was nominated for the Lifetime Achievement in Dementia Care. The National Dementia Care Awards 2011 were hosted in Liverpool on 2nd November. There were a total of 6 people in the running for this prestigious award which was won by Clive Evers of the Alzheimers Society. Clive is a very worthy winner and we wish him a happy retirement.
