11.30 – 12.30: True Person Centred Care (The Hermizeals followed by group work and feedback)

12.30 – 13.15: Lunch

13.15 – 14.45: My Dreams of Being (Interactive workshop based around CD work)

14.45 – 15.00: Comfort Break

15.00 – 16.15: What Do You See or Featherhead (DVD followed by group work and feedback

16.15 – 16.30: Q and A session and evaluations
